Hollie Bryan - Producer
Hollie’s debut feature as producer, ‘The Ceremony’ written and directed by Jack King premiered at this years' Edinburgh International Film Festival in competition, winning the inaugural Sean Connery award for filmmaking excellence and is currently longlisted for several British Independent Film Awards. Before that Hollie was Associate Producer on 'The Old Oak', directed by Ken Loach with Rebecca O'Brien at Sixteen Films. The film played in competition at Cannes 2023.
Through Cosmosquare Films Hollie produced several independent and publicly funded short films, inlcuding short documentary 'Hanging On', directed by Alfie Barker, which premiered at Sheffield Doc Fest & TIFF in 2021, going on to win multiple awards, later being longlisted for a BIFA for best British Short Film and shortlisted for a Grierson award. She has two shorts on the festival circuit, 'Predators' (also by Jack King) which premiered at BFI London Film Festival in 2023 and was nominated for a Critics Circle Award this year and 'Bury The Dogs' (written / directed by Beth Rowland) which premiered internationally at Clermont Ferrand Short Film Festival.
Hollie is a recent awardee of the Miles Ketley Fund from the ICO and Screen Yorkshire FLEX participant.
Cosmosquare Films is currently developing features with an international focus, including 'Sunburn' with Jack which was selected for EIFF Talent Lab Connects in 2022 and High Risk with Alfie which was developed through Less Is More 2023 and the TIFF Filmmaker Lab.
